Like the others in the bunch, today’s muffins are made with traditional super grains. We’re using sprouted ragi powder and they are naturally sweetened with fresh fruits.
Banana muffins are my little ones’ favorite breakfast and snacking option. I don’t mind at all, because he is actually eating the goodness of banana, and apple in the form of his favorite food form. My muffins recipe is rich in bananas and grated apple which keep them particularly moist and a few seconds in the microwave to warm them make them just as good the next day Additionally, millets are rich in calcium, etc especially ragi which is one such traditional wholegrain that is once again being discovered as a superfood due to its high fiber density and high nutritional food.
