Got a picky eater at home? Tried everything but you have still been unsuccessful? Spinach, carrots, and other rich veggies in the healthy eating plate aren’t looking appetizing? Worry not! We’ve got you covered. Would you like to know how to make a mouth-watering tri-colored pasta recipe?
Over a period of time, I have (or so I feel) stepped up to the plate! It took the time and help of my chef friend who taught me easy hacks to make foods that are super kid-friendly, nutritious, and yummy. They’re also easy to reheat, can be frozen if made in big batches, so time-saving as much!
3 Tricolor Indian Food Recipes To Celebrate Independence Day
So, on the occasion of Independence Day, I thought to try her recipe and it came out so well. This tri-colored pasta recipe for kids makes use of spinach, carrots, brown rice powder, organic oats powder and there’s everything in this recipe your child should eat.
Healthy eating is the overall way we interact with and approach food in our lives. If it’s not appetizing or the plating is not done well, the eater loses interest and our tiny eaters eat with their eyes first! Therefore, it is imperative that we encourage our kids to form a positive relationship with food. They should get up from the tables feeling comfortably satisfied and happy. I also encourage families should eat together, taking pleasure in food with others and as a part of celebrations and culture.
This Independence Day, do give my tri-colored pasta recipe a shot. You can also prepare it using beetroot, tomato, pumpkin puree, and a whole lot of other fresh vegetable purees.
Now, plan your child’s lunch menu or your own weeknight menu with ease.
